I think at the end of the day: that’s populism

Under populism the feeling is very strong that they work for us — and they answer to us. And with these mainstream administrations — whether it’s Obama, Biden, George W. Bush, … — it’s like: well, the wise men are running the government, so we need to sit by quietly and let them do their important work.

Most of it was something that people were projecting onto me and I was a convenient canvas for that, because nobody knew who I was. Right?
